* TO FILE A CLAIM:
1. Click on the "Resources Tab" on the Home Page, scroll down and click on "Important Links,"
Click on your carrier's link for the phone number
to the claim's department and call directly to file a claim.
A DIRECT CALL TO YOUR CARRIER WILL START THE CLAIM PROCESS!
2. As soon as you have contacted your carrier directly, click the TAB on the Home Page that states
"Automobile, Homeowners, or Motorcycle- Get a Quote."
You will see a section that states "customer service options." Look for the claim form, fill it out and submit it to us.
Once received, we will contact your carrier and make sure that they received your call and have set up the claim for you.
3. You may also call us directly Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 pm. We are closed daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
